DIANA BELTRAN

Diana Beltran, born in Acapulco, on the Mexican Pacific coast has arrived in Italy when she was 18, owner of La Cucaracha also offers catering services for private clients and institutions, such as embassies and cooking classes in Italy.

She is also the author of the book “Mexico” (Gribaudo, 2013, 187 p.), Which contains 100 Mexican recipes that can be prepared with ingredients easily found in Italy.

She served his culinary creations even to Pope Benedict XVI, while in December of each year she is entrusted to cook for hundreds of people who visit the Vatican to the traditional exhibition representing mexico, often including pieces made by artisans of the Aztec country.
